Valuable tips on scientific career planning, exchange of experience

CONTENT
Exchange in small groups between female PhD students and postdocs, professors and specialists of the higher education management staff concerning individual ways of how to become a professor. Subjects such as planning a scientific career, mobility and work-life-balance can be discussed.
